“Healthy Habits”


 Most children need an hour of physical activity a day
Limit screen time to two hours a day
Everyday play outside, walk run, play, have fun!

  • With friends
  • Play games like tag, kick the can, jump rope or hop scotch
  • Get your children involved in sports or    activities that keep them active
  • Children will learn teamwork and sports skills
  • Children that are active do better in school, are able to concentrate better and have less behavior problems
  • Family;
  • Go on a walk together
  • Play at the park
  • Enjoy each other
  • By yourself;
  • Stretch, run, meditate
  • Practice sports skills
  • Go to the gym
