Why Some Kids are Not Vaccinated and How it Affects You

There is a possibility that unvaccinated children will be present in the clinic. Because of the growing number of requests to not vaccinate children, it is possible that unvaccinated children may be present in the clinic despite our strong stance on vaccination. Parents of these children are requested to have those children (over 12 months of age) wear a mask while in the clinic and communicate their child’s status to the office when scheduling so we can place them in a slot to minimize exposure to more vulnerable patients. We do our best to separate out our sick, well, and unvaccinated patients when at all possible in addition to scheduling newborns at specific time blocks to minimize exposures.
