Be Prepared to Split the Visit into a few appointments if things are complicated. Our capable doctors and staff are comfortable treating medically fragile and complicated patients; however, because the needs of these patients are great, the time required to provide full and comprehensive care in a typical pediatric (volume-based) clinic is not possible.
If you have such a child, please let us know ahead of time and have records sent to us ahead of time to review so we are better prepared for your child. Although we make efforts to single out and separate our most vulnerable patients by rooming them quickly, please be patient if there are delays. It helps to give us notice when you are coming into the office.
